I love jumping rope! Jumping rope is one of the best workouts you can do. It's a great full body workout that tones your body, skin and bones. Yes! Its helps with bone density. 

Doing jump rope for 6 minutes is equal to running a mile. Jump rope for 6 minutes every day and you will see a huge difference in your mind, body and health. 

Now that you've completed the daily task of jumping rope, now it's time to take it to the next level, ON A MOUNTAIN CLIFF!!





Beast Mode is here for an Alt. Fitness Work out! Sometimes workouts can be mundane, doing it over and over again. You have to keep changing it up and adding layers to everything you do! LIke hiking up a mountain, finding a cliff and jumping rope on it. Getting your jump rope workout on.

Push ups are one of the best full body work outs ever. But there is also multiple ways to enhance the simple basic of push ups... for example balancing on whiskey bottles.

Conquered! Beast Mode is at Sequoia National Park to get his workout on. Wilderness is a great natural workout. It's so primal. Alt. Fitness workouts allows you to do workouts everywhere!


Beast Mode getting a 5:37 am workout in. 3 sets of pushing down Sequoia trees. That tree was from my 2nd set. 



Getting our sweat on in the Sequoia Forest! Fitness everywhere even in Sequoia National Park. Beast Mode is using the wilderness to get his workout and to get his pump on! It's back workout time with Pull ups and Chin ups!

Mile High Climb! Hitting the Climber at Rise nation. Its a great full body workout and you add a club setting with neon lights, some great tunes, drinks all around, everyone is dancing and yelling, "whooooo" "Heee yaaa!!"

Or thats just me in the back row and everyone else is working out.. just like all of my schooling, me in the back row yelling, "heee yaaaa!!"


Rise Nation and their versa climber is one the best workouts in Los Angeles. Lebron James and I are a major advocate of the fitness machine. It's very high intensity, full body and low impact for your joints. One of the only workouts that I finished and my shirt is soaked from sweat.

This workout is only for Beast Mode. 



  • The benefits for training in sand is far superior than grass. It reaches maximum conditioning and strengthening.
  • It's easier on your joints.
  • Helps your coordination and balance.

Step 1. Find Sand Dunes

There is sand everywhere, Parks, beaches, sandboxes. But what you want is uphill sand that is where the workout begins.

If you are in Los Angeles there are imperial sand dunes near the Mexico and Arizona border. Those are the sand dunes that I use.

Step 2. Sprint up the Sand Dunes

Wilderness Workouts! Upside down Crunch Sit Ups!

Can you do 100 sit ups? 100 crunches? 100 seconds plank? Here is the new sit up challenge. It's a Wilderness workout for the outdoor enthusiast. Upside down Crunch Sit ups. LA Fitness is great but to have that hardcore workout you need to get outdoors.

You shall not pass!
Making all hikers battle me to continue hiking.
8 guys were able to continue. 2 women was able to finish hiking. NO CHILDREN PASSED. Success at Hermit Falls.



Find the good solid tree that can hold you. Upside down crunch sit ups is great because it's a full body workout. It works your legs, focuses on your core and it helps to push your limits.
