Step 1. Find Sand Dunes
There is sand everywhere, Parks, beaches, sandboxes. But what you want is uphill sand that is where the workout begins.
If you are in Los Angeles there are imperial sand dunes near the Mexico and Arizona border. Those are the sand dunes that I use.
Step 2. Sprint up the Sand Dunes
