Can you do 100 sit ups? 100 crunches? 100 seconds plank? Here is the new sit up challenge. It's a Wilderness workout for the outdoor enthusiast. Upside down Crunch Sit ups. LA Fitness is great but to have that hardcore workout you need to get outdoors.

Making all hikers battle me to continue hiking. 8 guys were able to continue. 2 women was able to finish hiking. NO CHILDREN PASSED. Success at Hermit Falls.
Find the good solid tree that can hold you. Upside down crunch sit ups is great because it's a full body workout. It works your legs, focuses on your core and it helps to push your limits.

Your hardcore fitness workout is here. Work those Push Ups Muscles. You finish partying and now you need a great fitness routine. Alt. Fitness has the new push up workout video. Whiskey Bottle Push ups. It's a great core exercise.
What's great about fitness, exercise and living the healthy lifestyle is that there are always new ways to challenge the body and to push yourself.
I just gotten back from the gym and a thought came into my head could I balance myself on empty whiskey bottles ..... could I balance myself on empty whiskey bottles and do push ups on them?
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
I went home and grab 3 empty whiskey bottle .... um I had them for decoration.... anyways....
I placed them in the appropriate spots and at first it was a little difficult because I feel I could hear the starting to break. I had to find the right balance in my core. Once I was able to do that, I started doing push ups.
Now I'm not saying go out and do Whiskey bottle push ups but what I am saying is sometimes you don't need the perfect setting to work out or the perfect gear. You don't have to be at a gym or have the weights.
You could get a couple of books and do your own version of whiskey bottle push ups. Have fun with it!
